Hello and welcome! I'm Grace, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) based in Nashville, Tennessee. With over nine years of experience in psychiatric care, I provide individualized virtual psychiatric care for adults seeking a thoughtful, collaborative approach to improving their mental health.

My practice focuses on adults experiencing depression, anxiety, and related mood concerns who may be navigating the demands of work, relationships, family, and everyday life while recognizing that something could feel better. You may be functioning well on the outside but struggling internally, feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, unmotivated, or simply not feeling like yourself.
